Shares of Energous Corp. WATT, +26.13%rallied 13% late Monday after the San Jose, Calif., company said the Federal Communications Commission has certified the company's near-field transmitter, WattUp, as compliant with safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and regulatory requirements.
